Purchases for Lifespans are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where we determine a billing error occurred.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and you will generally retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued solely because you cancel mid-cycle, unless required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, such as for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact admin@lifespans.app. If we confirm a billing error, we will correct it.
Lifespans is a digital service that provides immediate access to gameplay, account features, and AI-generated content. Because access begins immediately and the service is consumed digitally, refunds are limited.
We offer a free tier so you can try the Service before purchasing a subscription.
